All right my friends. We’re gonna look at
this ketogenic diet for once and for all. All right? It’s the simplest way you can
possibly think of it. Ready? Take a bowl of fruit, fill it with a
whole bunch of colorful, delicious organic, yummy…deliciousness. Every color you can imagine throw it in that bowl. Then take a bowl of your highest quality
best source of fat you can possibly find, just plop a big bunch of it in there.
Bowl of fruit, pile of fat. I don’t even think I need to say more but let’s go
for it. Which one looks more nutritious?
Obviously, obviously because you know what? We’re not just eating for energy,
we’re eating for nutrients, we need vitamins and minerals and phytochemicals.
All of these things give us brain function and our cells are able to
function and they give you long-term health. These are vitally important
nutrients that you need in your diet. A ketogenic diet that promotes
only a high-fat diet is disastrous for your health long term. It builds up fat,
builds up in your arteries, it stores in your liver, fatty liver disease, heart
disease, diabetes because the insulin resistance goes through the roof. Please
my friends, do not believe the hype. The only reason ketogenic diet even works in
the short term is because you have to fast for it to work so, that your body
can remove all that excess faster than the fat in the meantime. Does that makes
sense? So, literally ketogenic promotes a
fasting so, that you can get all that fat back out of your system because it’s so
