Understanding energy release and a natural diet for diabetes

to teach you the difference between a glycemic index and a glycemic load. Glycemic index is the quality of your carbohydrate. How much of a blood sugar spike would you expect from that carbohydrate, how well does
that carbohydrate convert into glucose. Versus your glycemic load, is how much of that carbohydrate is in that food. It’s… considered that the quantity. So, you have
the quality and the quantity. You need to know both. In fact, glycemic load is
actually more important to know. I teach you all of this information in the “How to
Feed a Diabetic” program, a lot more details. This one fact is the foundation
of what is gonna get you back to healthy again because understanding this
information and how food digests in your body and how much sugars, your blood
