SQUID FISH FRY / KANAVA MEEN VARUVAL Squid Fish 1/4 kg ( Cleaned and cut) Onions 2, Tomatoes 2, Coriander and Green chilli Chopped, Ginger Garlic Chopped Salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Oil Heat Oil in a Kadai, Add Jeera, Onion, Salt and saute, Add Chopped Ginger Garlic , Chopped Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies Add Tomatoes, Salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala and mix well Add Squid Fish and mix well. Dont add Water. Cover and cook Now cook in Low flame until this becomes dry Add Coriander leaves Squid Fish Fry is ready to serve. Try this healthy recipe and post your Comments.
