How to choose healthy foods to manage your diabetes

Hello my friends! I just learned some
interesting information about chia seeds and flax seeds. They’re both gelatinous
and that gelatinous, kind of gooey, if you’ve soaked them in water they’re kind of slimy almost. That gelatinous substance is what you want in
your body because that will get into your intestines and pull out all those
toxins, bind to those toxins and release them from your system. So, very important and very helpful to get flax seeds and chia seeds in your diet. The way I do it,
is literally in the morning I’ll put out one tablespoon of each into a bowl, fill
that bowl with water, you’d be blown away how much they can absorb. Up to 14 times their size in weight and of water and I add cinnamon, I like to add ginger and
cardamon. I make it a masala chai flavor with some stevia. So, it’s sweet without
added sugar. It is delicious! It’s like a pudding but
you leave it…I do that I do that in the morning and then when I come home in the evening I have that as my dessert. It’s a very healthy way of getting
omega-3 fats in your diet and getting that gelatinous effects to remove those
toxins out of your system. You can always check out my website feedadiabetic.com for more tips like this one or to check out my “How to Feed a Diabetic”
