Back Pain?

Back Pain?

Hey so do you have back pain when you’re lifting at home or you’re working in the garden or you’re playing with your kids?
Well if so listen up because this is another great tip that we’ve got for
people who are struggling with that type of pain. Now you may have read our latest
blog where we talked about getting stronger and fitter and more active and
moving better for back pain, here’s another great exercise that we’ve talked
about in that blog and it’s called bent over row. All you’re gonna do is find a
weight, find something to lean on leaning forward so you’re supporting
with one arm, keeping your back nice and straight
lifting the weight up, bending your elbows squeezing your shoulder blades
together and back down. Now a simple way of doing this, is looking at doing three sets
of eight to ten repetitions, slowly building up with the amount of weight
that you’re doing as you can do but it’s a really effective way of just
increasing that strength and conditioning around the mid part and lower
part of your back that’s going to help with lifting up your kids like I say or
playing playing in the garden and digging out those weeds and things like that. If you’ve got any more questions or thoughts about that as always put them
in the comments below and we’ll get back to you. Hopefully this is another great
tip for you and we’ll catch you later. Cheers!
