Hey everybody! Did you know that diabetics have a lot greater
chance of experiencing anxiety or depression? There’s a lot of reasons that could be. Maybe it it is because we all know it is a
24/7 365 job to manage diabetes or that we face the prospect of long term complications
or short term issues. For whatever the reason, we do have a much
greater susceptibility to anxiety and depression. So if you have those classic symptoms, maybe
anxiety it’s you feel on the edge, or things freak you out that didn’t used to, or maybe
the classic symptoms of depression is what you are feeling. Lethargic, you can’t really get going, you
don’t have the pep in your step that you used to or every day feels like a rainy day. If you have those symptoms, and they aren’t
related to a high blood sugar or a low blood sugar and you are having them in spite of
trying to maintain a positive attitude and do everything right, please seek out professional
